1Introduction & Eligibility

• Account name, date of birth, or identity details cannot be changed
• The mobile number and email used during registration must be active and belong to you
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited

4Deposit Rules

Deposits on Spade Gaming can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Please read the instructions on the payment page carefully before making a deposit.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name

5Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours
• No withdrawals will be processed without KYC verification
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• For suspicious transactions, Spade Gaming may request additional verification

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 30x the bonus amount
• Bonus wagering requirement period: 30 days
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once
• If you wish to withdraw after claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met first
• Any bonuses claimed using multiple accounts or a VPN will be forfeited
• Spade Gaming reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be permanently suspended

7Gameplay Rules

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded
• In the event of a disconnection, active bets will be settled based on their state at the time
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final
